A small group of people help Jesus Christ tell different parables by using a wide variety of games, storytelling techniques and hefty doses of comic timing. An eclectic blend of songs, ranging in style from pop to vaudeville, is employed as the story of Jesus’ life dances across the stage. Dissolving hauntingly into the Last Supper and the Crucifixion, Jesus’ messages of kindness, tolerance and love come vibrantly to life.

This performance contains religious themes and depicts Biblical events, including acts of violence, in both creative and humorous ways. It also includes graphic content. Presented in a Black Box theater setting, the intimate and immersive nature of the experience enhances the emotional impact of the production.

Muskegon Civic Theatre offers vibrant, community-driven productions and educational programs for all ages, celebrating the diverse talents of West Michigan.
