The Shades of Excellence Awards Ceremony is Muskegon Young Black Professionals’ signature annual event, celebrating exceptional Black professionals who are making a meaningful impact through leadership, entrepreneurship, service, and community involvement. The evening features dinner, entertainment, award presentations, and an afterglow reception while raising funds to support MYBP’s year-round professional development and community programming.
Dress: Semi-Formal/Formal attire; Shades of Browns, Nudes, or All-Black
