Kick off your holiday season with the Mona Shores Singing Christmas Tree, a community favorite for 40 years. Featuring the voices of the Mona Shores choirs, this spectacular event blends music and tradition into an unforgettable experience.
Inspired by a California production, choir parent Dave Anderson pitched the idea to director Guy (Skip) Frizzell. With funds raised by the Mona Shores Choir Association, designer Millard Heath of Texas crafted the original 67-foot steel tree, which debuted at St. Francis de Sales Church in 1985. In 2006, the event moved to the historic Frauenthal Center, expanding performances. A new steel structure, introduced in 2015, continues to carry the legacy forward.
Don’t miss this holiday tradition at the Frauenthal! Secure your tickets today and celebrate the season through the power of music.
