Hilt Building
The Hilt Building is located within the Frauenthal Center for the Performing Arts. Besides the Beardsley Theater, the Hilt building provides rental space for just about every occasion. Meeting rooms, located throughout the Hilt Building feature comfortable, private spaces for your event. Partitions permit the rooms to be used individually for small groups or collectively for larger groups.

Hilt Building Conference Room, located on the second floor is an private conference room perfect for a group of 20.

Bettye Clark-Cannon Gallery, located on the second floor, is a large attractive balcony space overlooking the Hilt Lobby. Rooms A, B, & C are located behind the Clark-Cannon Gallery and can be used individually or combined with the gallery to give access to the entire second floor of the Hilt Building. The Gallery exhibits a varied assortment of art from regional artists.

Johnson Hall / Munroe Bergmann are located on the third floor of the Hilt Building. These two large areas provide a beautiful space for wedding receptions, school dances, family reunions, proms, meetings, conferences, seminars, and rehearsal halls. These rooms can be rented separately or together, depending on the size of your event. Space is available for rent from 8 A.M. until Midnight.

Munroe Bergmann $425. Capacity 150 Rehearsal and/or decorating of Munroe Bergmann $120. (up to 4 hours) $135. (up to 8 hours)

Non-refundable deposit of half the room rental is required at time of booking. Balance due 14 days before event date.
$200 Refundable damage deposit required. Deposit of half of estimated bar cost required 14 days before event with balance charged after event. All rentals unless otherwise indicated are from 8 A.M. until Midnight. Facility overtime will be charged at $75 per hour for rooms after Midnight. Insurance required for all events.
